Neodock delivers services and solutions that rival large infrastructure providers, but without the cost, complexity and challenges. Plain and simple, we are an infrastructure as a service provider. We provide our customers with a fast, stable platform that grows with their needs, and avoid the bloat and lock-in that other vendors provide. We are honest and open with our customers and hope to build partnerships with them, rather than being a commodity provider.

The Neodock Guarantee

We proudly offer the Neodock Guarantee on our services. Unlike many of our peers, who hide behind thousands of words of legalese, we strive for a simple and understandable terms of service agreement. Here's how it works:

• Neodock will be open and honest with all of our communications and services. We ask that our customers do the same.
• In the event of issues, Neodock will communicate proactively, and do everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly and completely as possible.
• If we are unable to resolve the issue to our customer's satisfaction, we will refund any charges, prorated, for the affected time period, upon written request.
• At no time will we ask our customers to enter into long-term contracts, promotional rates, or deceptive marketing tactics. Our rates are publically displayed on our site, and we work month-to-month with all of our customers.
• At all times, Neodock will adhere to the laws of the United States of America and the state of Pennsylvania. Neodock will not release any customer information unless compelled by a legal subpoena.

Your Responsibilities

In exchange for offering you the Neodock Guarantee, we ask that our customers adhere to the following expectations while using our services:

• Notify us promptly via our Support portal in the event of issues, questions or needs, and provide us the opportunity to rectify any concerns
• Be honest, transparent and open about what you are using our infrastructure to provide and about your experiences with Neodock
• Not to engage in illegal, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent or immoral activities facilitated by or in connection with our services
• Not utilize our platform to send spam, unsolicited communications
• At all times, adhere to the laws of the United States of America and the state of Pennsylvania with your use of our platform
